COCKTAILS 

Chilly Chopper

  • 1 1/2 oz Chopper Spirits 

  • 1 oz Coffee Liquor 

  • 4 oz Hot brewed Coffee 

  • Topped Whipped Cream 

  • Garnish: cinnamon and a candy cane

 Instructions: Combine Chopper Spirits, coffee liquor, and brewed coffee. top with whipped cream. Garnish with cinnamon and candy cane. 

Bitchin’ Betty

  • 1 1/2 oz Chopper Spirits 

  • 3 oz apple cider 

  • 1/2 oz cinnamon syrup 

  • Freshly grated nutmeg for garnish 

 Instructions: Combine Chopper Spirits, apple cider, and cinnamon syrup in a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a glass. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg. 

 

Tactical Toddy 

  • 2 oz Chopper Spirits 

  • 1/2 oz lemon juice 

  • 1/2 oz honey 

  • 4 oz hot water 

  • 1 cinnamon stick 

 Instructions: Mix Chopper Spirits, lemon juice, and honey in a mug. Add hot water and stir until honey is dissolved. Garnish with a cinnamon stick. 

 

Grenade Grind 

  • 1 1/2 oz Chopper Spirits 

  • 1/2 oz coffee liqueur 

  • 1/2 oz simple syrup 

  • 2 oz freshly brewed coffee 

  • Whipped cream for garnish  

Instructions: In a glass, combine Chopper Spirits, coffee liqueur, simple syrup, and freshly brewed coffee. Stir well and top with whipped cream. 

 

Apache Ambrosia 

  • 1 1/2 oz Chopper Spirits  

  • 1/2 oz Aperol  

  • 1/2 oz sweet vermouth  

Instructions: Fill a mixing glass with Chopper Spirits, Aperol, and Sweet Vermouth. Stir well with ice and strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube. Garnish with an orange slice. 

 

Submarine Sipper 

  • 1 1/2 oz Chopper Spirits 

  • 1/2 oz triple sec 

  • 1/2 oz blue curaçao 

  • 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice 

  • Lemon twist for garnish 

 Instructions: Shake Chopper Spirits, triple sec, blue curaçao, and fresh lemon juice with ice. Strain into a glass and garnish with a lemon twist. 

 

Copper Chopper 

  • 2 oz Chopper Spirits 

  • 1/2 oz ginger liqueur 

  • 1/2 oz fresh lime juice 

  • 1/2 oz simple syrup 

  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish 

 Instructions: Muddle fresh mint leaves in a shaker. Add Chopper Spirits, ginger liqueur, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup. 

 Shake well and strain into a glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a mint sprig. 

 

Stealth Bomber 

  • 1 1/2 oz Chopper Spirits 

  • 1/2 oz blackberry liqueur 

  • 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice 

  • 1/2 oz simple syrup 

  • Fresh blackberries for garnish  

Instructions: Shake Chopper Spirits, blackberry liqueur, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup with ice. Strain into a glass and garnish with fresh blackberries. 

 

Rotor Wash 

  • 1 oz Chopper Spirits 

  • 1/2 oz vodka 

  • 1/2 oz rum 

  • 1/2 oz gin 

  • 1/2 oz tequila 

  • 1/2 oz triple sec 

  • 1 oz sour mix 

  • Cola 

  • Lemon wedge for garnish 

 Instructions: In a shaker, combine Chopper Spirits, vodka, rum, gin, triple sec, and sour mix with ice. Shake well and strain into a glass filled with ice. Top with cola and garnish with a lemon wedge.

Armored Amaretto 

  • 1 1/2 oz Chopper Spirits 

  • 1 oz amaretto liqueur 

  • 1/2 oz fresh orange juice 

  • Orange zest for garnish  

Instructions: Shake Chopper Spirits, amaretto liqueur, and fresh orange juice with ice. Strain into a glass and garnish with a twist of orange zest. 

Chopper Spice Brigade  

  • 2 oz Chopper Spirits  

  • 1/2 oz spiced rum  

  • 1/2 oz ginger liqueur  

  • 1/2 oz lemon juice  

  • Grated nutmeg for garnish  

Instructions: Instructions: Fill a shaker with Chopper Spirits, Spiced Rum, Ginger Liqueur, and Lemon Juice. Shake well and strain into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg on top. 

 

Huey Highball 

  • 2 oz Chopper Spirits  

  • 4 oz Ginger Ale or Soda Water   

  • Lemon twist for garnish  

Instructions: Fill glass with ice. Add Chopper Spirits. Top with Ginger Ale or Soda Water. Garnish with a lemon twist. Enjoy. 

 

SHOTS  

Bombshell  

  • 1 oz Chopper Spirits  

  • 0.5 oz Tequila  

  • 0.25 oz Lime juice  

  • Salt rim  

Instructions: Rim a shot glass with salt.  

Mix Chopper Spirits, tequila, and lime juice in the glass. 

Barracks Blend 

  • 1 oz Chopper Spirits  

  • 0.5 oz Campari  

  • Orange twist (for garnish)  

Instructions: Combine Chopper Spirits and Campari in a shot glass. Stir gently. Garnish with an orange twist. 

 

Tank Commander

  • 0.5 oz Heavy cream  

Instructions: Combine Chopper Spirits and coffee liqueur in a shot glass. Gently float heavy cream on top.

  • Splash of club soda  

Instructions: Fill a shot glass with Chopper Spirits. Layer Blue Curacao on top. Finish with a splash of club soda.

Instructions: Pour Chopper Spirits into a shot glass. Layer Absinthe on top. Garnish with a lemon twist.

  • 0.5 oz Green Chartreuse  

  • 0.5 oz Irish cream liqueur  

Instructions: Pour Chopper Spirits into a shot glass. Layer Green Chartreuse on top. Gently float Irish cream liqueur on the surface.

  • 0.5 oz Blue Curacao  

  • 0.5 oz Cream liqueur  

Instructions: Fill a shot glass with Chopper Spirits. Layer Blue Curacao on top. Gently float cream liqueur on the surface.

  • 0.5 oz Pineapple juice  

  • 0.25 oz Coconut cream  

Instructions: Shake Chopper Spirits, pineapple juice, and coconut cream with ice.  

Strain into a shot glass.
